VP Strategy
, where you will drive the future direction of our products and positioning within the rapidly evolving AI compute ecosystem. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of

—someone who can translate complex trends into pragmatic, forward-looking strategies that fuel growth and differentiation.
You'll partner closely with our CEO, CTO and senior leadership to shape long-term technology direction, incubate new ideas, and help position us as a key player in AI infrastructure—from datacenter to edge.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive strategic technology and product direction, including identifying and nurturing key industry partnerships
- Lead deep market and technology research to guide positioning, roadmap, and competitive differentiation—across datacenter and edge AI markets
- Collaborate with CEO, CTO and executive leadership to evolve the long-term product and technical roadmap
- Work closely with Business Development and Sales to support strategic customer and partner engagements
- Incubate new initiatives by designing and validating hypotheses through research, analysis, and PoCs
- Develop and manage success metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of strategic initiatives
- Represent the company externally in strategic discussions with partners, customers, and industry leaders
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in high-impact strategic roles within technology-driven organizations
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, especially across compute, silicon, and AI systems
- Hands-on experience with silicon products, compute platforms, or AI infrastructure deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related field
- 7+ Years experience in leading multidiscipline product management
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear plans
- Creative, independent thinker with a bias for action and experimentation
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, especially when presenting to executive and customer audiences
- Collaborative, strong external and customer-facing orientation
Preferred Experience
- Advanced degrees (MSc/PhD or MBA) strongly preferred
- Experience in strategy definition for silicon, compute, or networking products
- Familiarity with AI deployment in datacenter and/or edge environments
