- *Introduction to the role**
Our clients are typically small to medium-sized businesses with limited marketing personnel, seeking expert support in various digital marketing domains. As part of our team, you will serve as their marketing expert and guide, having the autonomy to operate like a digital marketing consultant while backed by the skillset of our digital marketing experts.
In this role, you will lead our clients' marketing operations, handling strategy, implementation, and analysis of marketing activities. You will have access to our internal resources, tools, and human capital to successfully execute these activities.
Additionally, you will engage in consistent sessions with an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist. This collaboration will foster creative idea exchange and provide valuable guidance to enrich your strategic approach.

- *Responsibilities**
You will
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms, including paid search and social media, contributing to the creation of paid digital marketing initiatives
- Contribute to strategy sessions, offering insights for client benefit and agency improvement
- Monitor, assess, and enhance marketing campaign performance on an ongoing basis
- Manage campaign optimizations, ensuring budgets, quality scores, impression share, and other crucial metrics are maintained
- Serve as the primary contact and digital marketing strategist for a portfolio of clients, managing the complete client life-cycle including launch, check-ins, billing, and off-boarding calls
- Optimize bidding at various levels including keyword, placement, device, geographic, demographic
- Stay updated on digital marketing industry trends
- Liaise with team members and clients on project progress, timelines, and results
- Track KPIs to evaluate performance and identify issues
- Produce regular reports and key insights for clients, analyzing campaign performance
- Collaborate with other teams (i.e., design and content teams) to generate high-quality communication materials
- Assist in website development projects by writing content, establishing structures, and implementing page elements
- *Skills and Qualifications**
You are
- A fluent English speaker with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Well-versed in marketing principles with excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Comfortable using Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must have at least 5 years of experience working in a digital marketing role.
- _Although office space is on the horizon, this position is remote. However, you must be located in Ottawa, as we hold company events every month._
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
