About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to work closely with Business Operations and Global Marketing functions on M&A pre and post-close activities.
Responsibilities
- Participate in M&A pre-close planning and preparations
- Draft content for internal and external communications; coordinate timely reviews and approvals across key functions
- Create supporting graphics and content for various presentation decks
- Track, coordinate and confirm completion of PR, social media, email marketing and other communications
- Coordinate with Marketing Operations on research and data analytics
- Gather pipeline status weekly and track against targets
- Partner with M&A Director, marketing, finance and sales teams to maintain an accurate view of marketing performance towards GTM targets
- Coordinate re-branding, web migration and sales enablement activities for the new acquisition
- Maintain Marketing M&A Playbook standardization
- Assist in preparing weekly and ad-hoc communication updates, and reports
- Prepare monthly newsletters and presentation materials for Department
- Input to continuous improvement of the scalability of existing M&A processes and building new processes
- Support ad-hoc pipeline and data requests
- Manage corporate standard marketing initiatives as assigned
