**Position overview**

  • *Major responsibilities**:
  • *E-Commerce & Sales Support Specialist**
  • Processing third party purchase orders through EDI systems daily and providing advanced shipment notifications (ASNs) and invoices for various accounts
  • Maintaining third-party partner account files by updating customer information, pricing, new product submissions and product descriptions as required
  • Managing all partner site maintenance projects, inventory and uploading images and video clips
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and conflict resolution, including but not limited to, mis-shipments, late shipments, damages, defectives, returns, invoicing issues and late payments
  • Processing returns and issuing credit memos; tracking issues in CRM
  • Tracking compliance charges by account to ensure we are complying with regulations and identifying areas for improvement or streamlined processes
  • Liaising with the Logistic and the Shipping team to ensure orders are shipping in a timely manner
  • *Sales Support**
  • Monitoring and preparing sales reports
  • Submitting project requests; assisting with competitive reviews and market research for sales opportunities
  • Following up on Retail-specific trade show leads
  • Supporting day-to-day execution of Sales & Marketing initiatives by providing administrative support to the Retail team, including but not limited to travel arrangements, sending samples to clients, PowerPoint presentations, sales kits, and assisting with tradeshows
  • Meeting with Retail Sales managers to discuss all ongoing projects and sales goals for each account
  • Required to be available to work on certain holidays throughout the year, based on business needs and a rotational schedule
  • Other duties as required
  • *Skills and qualifications**
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ order processing, customer service and sales support experience; post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Very strong attention to detail. Excellent accuracy in entering order information, shipping addresses, tracking numbers
  • Familiarity with EDI and different Retail platforms (i.e. Walmart, Target and Amazon)
  • Knowledge of CRM, Sage300, Commerce Hub and Edisoft Merchant an asset
  • Superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines; works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency
  • Ability to handle interruptions and changing priorities
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written
  • Pro-efficient in computer skills, with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingual or second language would be an asset
