Digital Marketing Specialist, Retention

**Role Overview**

As a critical member of the McAfee retention team, the digital marketing specialist will be responsible for effectively managing multiple campaigns and a/b tests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This person will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with them to drive strategic initiatives through day-to-day execution for a key customer segment prioritized as one of the top growth levers for the company.

Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to drive key business metrics through day-to-day coordination of a/b testing and marketing initiatives

Effectively own and manage multiple projects simultaneously through different aspects of the testing and project lifecycle including ideation, creative, development, and results analysis

Proactively drive projects to meet deadlines, and escalate issues as needed

Communicate project status and updates in a consistent and timely manner

Gather and analyze data from multiple sources, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, and internal databases

• *About you**:

You have at least 5 years of professional experience and proven demonstration of driving numerous initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment

You have a passion for managing projects from start to finish, you love the creative process, and you are a stickler for details

You have an understanding of the a/b testing process and have experience with data-driven experimentation/decision making

You demonstrate proficiency with analyzing, interpreting, and leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to generate hypotheses and showcase results

You have strong interpersonal communication skills to develop key relationships and motivate teams to accomplish objectives

You have knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other analytics & testing platforms such as Google Analytics and Optimizely
