Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Operations Specialist will partner with marketing strategists, sales, analytics, and IT teams to design and execute data-driven campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Manage subscriber data, audience segmentation, and list hygiene.
  • Support A/B testing, send-time optimization, and campaign performance improvements.
  • Oversee marketing tools and ensure Salesforce integration.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing environments supporting digital campaigns.

Additional requirements include proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, working knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Python, as well as strong project management skills.
