E-commerce/shopify Operation Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**

• Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the online store, with a focus on the Shopify platform.
• Oversee daily operations of our Shopify store, including product listings, customer service, and order fulfillment.
• Master SEO and other keyword optimization techniques to increase online store exposure.
• Utilize data analytics tools to analyze operational metrics and optimize store strategies accordingly.
• Monitor website analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure smooth inventory management and order processing.
• Work efficiently with other departments and team members to achieve business objectives and tasks.
• *Job Requirements**:
• Bachlor or higher degree in Marketing, Digital marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in online store, e-commerce operations, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing, with an understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies.
• Strong data analytics skills, proficient in Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Proficient in: Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO tools, basic graphic editing software like Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent copywriting and customer service skills.
• Basic project management and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies and crises.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain management, including inventory and logistics.
• Understanding of e-commerce laws and compliance will be considered as an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• **Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin**
• *Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
