Role Overview

One of our clients is looking for a strong, experienced Operations & Ecommerce Manager to act as the CEO's right hand and oversee the company's day-to-day execution. Your goal: build a reliable, scalable operational system that can support our growth to $50M–$100M+. This role requires someone who is organized, decisive, excellent under pressure, and able to lead people and processes with confidence.


Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations across supply chain, Amazon, Shopify/DTC, and fulfillment.
  • Ensure products are manufactured, stocked, and delivered on time.
  • Improve processes to reduce bottlenecks and increase efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and grow a remote team (currently 8 → 25+).
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team structure.
  • Maintain a high-performance, accountable work culture.

System & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen and maintain SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Ensure communication, reporting, and follow-ups happen on time.
  • Improve operational visibility for leadership.

Amazon & DTC Oversight

  • Oversee Amazon listings, inventory, PPC, and performance.
  • Optimize Shopify operations, subscription flow, and customer experience.

Finance & Performance Optimization

  • Work with leadership to protect margins and reduce operational costs.
  • Identify problems early and propose actionable solutions.
  • Ensure no revenue is lost due to operational issues.


Requirements

  • Taken a direct-to-customer company from $20M -> $100M
  • Experience in supplement and health lifestyle brands (or any relevant field)
  • Experience scaling operations for e-commerce and CPG
  • Experience managing remote teams of 15–40+ people.
  • Strong background in operations, supply chain, Amazon Seller Central, and process improvement.
  • Calm, organized, decisive, and highly reliable.
