**Digital Marketing and Programs Assistant**
Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Digital Marketing and Programs Assistant.
The Digital Marketing and Programs Assistant is a key support role in our marketing team and is responsible for coordinating various program activities, coordinating social media content, supporting events, and assisting with administrative duties. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit.
- *Key Responsibilities**:
- Distribute apparel and marketing materials; manage inventory; update customer advertising records in WebUI.
- Maintain dealer portals, log activity in CRM, and update new dealers on the website.
- Organize participant forms, track returning customers, and coordinate and distribute customer loyalty kits.
- Create content and schedule postings, manage direct messages, and highlight brands/events across all social media platforms
- Assist with branch events (BBQs, trainings), coordinate logistics, and process vendor invoices.
- Distribute seasonal flyers, generate promotion reports, update branch TV ads, and manage the customer web design program.
- Update portal, respond to general inquiries, manage ski passes, and build a digital literature library.
- Set up customer accounts, manage passwords, create custom shopping lists, and update product content via the Kerr SmartStore
- *Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of CRM systems and social media platforms; experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work schedule and travel for occasional on-site event support.
