• *Your Role**

Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. Your role will include:

• Working with the Director of Marketing to support firm-wide branding initiatives and campaign rollouts.
• Planning, scheduling, and monitoring digital media, including social media activity, to increase brand awareness, consistency, accessibility compliance, and engagement.
• Coordinating digital advertising campaigns, including sponsored posts and targeted promotions.
• Producing and distributing internal communications and staff updates to support employee engagement.
• Analyzing performance metrics for digital channels and campaigns; creating regular reports and recommendations.
• Supporting the creation and coordination of video content and digital storytelling initiatives.
• Overseeing the creation of assets for internal and external events and industry tradeshows.
• Managing relationships with external vendors or contractors as needed for content or digital support.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, digital best practices, and evolving technologies.
• Demonstrating exceptional people management skills, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment to drive digital and communications initiatives.
