- *Job Description**:
The Manager, IndigoBaby Marketing is responsible for driving qualified traffic and sales while building brand awareness and top of mind consideration. This position is also responsible for the development of external marketing campaigns, driving the IndigoBaby storytelling process, and delivering on KPI’s. This role has direct accountability to the delivery of growth for IndigoBaby product across all appropriate categories.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Functional
- Oversee and drive the Storytelling process as it pertains to developing omni-channel marketing programs to deliver against core goals in the most on brand, innovative, effective and efficient manner
- Lead the cross functional omni development and briefing of seasonal and everyday campaigns
- Measure and analyze program effectiveness through tracking of advertising, promotional analysis, contribution of insights for planning, post-mortems, and ROI
- Act as the lead marketing partner to the IndigoBaby business
- Oversee the postmortems for each IndigoKids campaign cross functionally
- Be the champion for the IndigoBaby business within the marketing team and across the greater organization
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all design and decision-making processes
- Proactively identify and anticipate customer expectations and needs
- Challenge the status quo and consistently identify areas for improvement, diagnose issues and working to resolve them
- Lead the IndigoBaby social media channel strategy overseeing the social media specialist
- Responsible for the development, execution, and management of the IndigoBaby social channel, including Instagram/Instagram Stories, Tiktok & Facebook
- Map out the monthly cadence of the channel from a storytelling standpoint to align with the brand strategy, brand pillars and seasonal priorities

- *Qualifications**:
WHO YOU ARE
- 7+ years’ work experience in a related field
- Relevant undergraduate degree
- Strong ability to see the total organization with an integrated perspective
- Strong strategic and creative aptitude
- Ability to lead and manage cross functional teams including non-direct reports
- Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to take risks and make decisions; creative and innovative approach to problem solving
- Service driven with a passion for the Indigo brand
- Desire to continuously learn and improve what and how we do
