Job Summary

This Organizational Transformation Expert position is responsible for leading the implementation of ICAO's Organizational Transformation iPack, providing an Organizational Evaluation Assessment, a Transformation Implementation Plan, a Transformation Playbook, and advice on appropriate training.

The incumbent will work with recipient entities to build their capacity to meet obligations under the Chicago Convention. This includes conducting organizational evaluations, delivering transformation implementation plans, and advising on training needs.
