**Job Overview**

• *Responsibilities**
• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain the social media and branding strategy for the company
• Create sales-generating, promotional content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook & TikTok.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and take inventory photos to be loaded on company website.
• Answer phone promptly and field calls accordingly.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Maintain the appearance of both the reception and coffee areas.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• General filing and accounts receivable/payable.
• *Required Skills**:
• Exhibits an intermediate level or above proficiency in the use of different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Strong creative skills for developing social content including photos and videos.
• General knowledge/experience with photography.
• Experience in website maintenance on platforms such as WordPress.
• Experience in graphic design on platforms such as Canva may be an asset.
• Detail oriented.
• Excellent communication and written skills; ability to proof read and edit content.
• A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and professional customer service etiquette both in person and over the phone.
• Knowledge in basic accounts receivable/payable is preferred.
• Driver's license and driving abstract required._

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
