Google Ads, Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We’re a fast-growing equipment distribution company committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service across Canada and the U.S. We’re looking for a professional, English-fluent **Google Ads, Sales & Marketing Coordinator** to support our digital marketing and sales operations.

• *Job Summary**:
• *Key Responsibilities**:
• Manage and optimize **Google Ads campaigns** to increase traffic and conversions
• **Process customer orders over the phone** in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide **in-person customer sales support** (commission eligible)
• Update and maintain our **order fulfillment systems**:
• Perform **basic profit margin and cost analysis** on sales and marketing initiatives
• Complete **freight and shipping documentation** for outbound orders
• Assist with **Shopify product listings, inventory updates, and reporting** _(if applicable)_
• *Qualifications**:
• **Bachelor’s Degree** in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (required)
• **Fluent English (written and spoken)** - strong communication skills are essential
• Experience with **Google Ads** (certifications are required)
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
