Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description**:SCOPE OF POSITION**

The Media Marketing Specialist assists and occasionally leads in the planning, execution and analysis of the strategic media plan. The Specialist is also responsible for working with the media and creative agency to ensure media buys are executed and optimized towards the KPIs established by the Supervisor. Media analysis is also required on an ongoing basis to provide insights and assist in future planning.

• PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES*
• Plan and execute media strategies, ensuring consistency through all channels
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of media strategies including weekly, monthly PDCA. Deep dive into analysis when required
• Maintain platform media tags, website conversions, audience segments, taxonomy and media data integrations
• Submit, track and process all billing, MPAs, invoice & media spend
• Identify new media opportunities and stay up to date on new digital media trends, marketing platform updates, technologies and tools that could add value to the business
• POSITION PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS*
• Post-Secondary diploma in Advertising, Communications and/or Digital Marketing, Business
• Any specialized courses or certifications in Digital Marketing or Media are nice to have
• Certification in GA360 is a must
• Any additional certification in Google Marketing Platform tools i.e., Tag Manager, DV360, CM360, SA360 and Google Ads is a bonus
• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Digital Media Marketing role
• 1+ years of paid media platform management
• Automotive experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Project and budget management
• Strong analytics skills within GA360
