Sr. Strategy Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Strategy Marketing Analyst who will use advanced analytics to increase Marketing ROI, strengthen customer engagement, and optimize campaign performance. This role serves as a bridge between Marketing strategy and enterprise data capabilities.
This position requires proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with data warehouses, as well as advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Experience with Python/R is a plus. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience supporting Marketing decision making with reporting & analysis, with experience leading a Marketing function directly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of marketing principles, channels, and tactics, including ROI measurement and attribution. They will be able to aggregate, standardize, interpret, and model large, complex datasets. Excellent communication and visualization skills are essential, as well as the ability to simplify complex insights for non-technical audiences.
- Design and execute analyses that support segmentation, attribution modeling, A/B testing, pipeline alignment, and customer journey optimization.
- Develop and validate audience segmentation strategies to support personalized, predictive, and prescriptive marketing efforts.
- Implement attribution models to measure marketing impact across channels, campaigns, and journeys.
- Present findings and insights to marketers and stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable manner.
