Sales and Marketing Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager who can drive bookings by converting leads and promoting Hawkesdene through digital/social media, requiring strong sales, customer service, and marketing skills while creating seamless, memorable events. Key duties involve creating proposals and event summaries, coordinating tours, managing wedding package documents, updating websites, creating marketing content, and ensuring client satisfaction from inquiry to post-wedding.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute marketing strategies (digital, social media, ads).
• Create engaging content (photos, videos, blogs) for platforms.
• Manage social media, website updates, and brand presence.
• Attend bridal shows and industry events
• Collaborate with website creator, culinary and wedding planning teams
• Prepare Event Proposals and Summaries and ensure details are communicated.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Skills

• Experience in sales (hospitality/events preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe and InDesign
• Creative thinking for marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
