Manager, eCommerce Merchandising

Job Overview

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a Manager, eCommerce Merchandising to lead visual site merchandising and content strategy for our Rise online store.

This critical role will reside on the eCommerce team as part of the Revenue Organization, reporting to the Director, eCommerce.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop site merchandising strategies across Desktop and Mobile sites; oversee successful execution of all tactical website merchandising plans.
• Responsible for site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, search and browse, new product on-boarding online.
• Identify key trend forecasts, define storytelling roadmap, and utilize key functionalities like taxonomy and search to enhance customer journey on our site.
• Utilize reporting data and analytics to identify opportunities that improve category and market performance and optimize customer journey.

Key Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in site merchandising or ecommerce for a retail or consumer products brand.
• Proven people management experience, leading a team of Specialist or Associate level employees.
• A super strategic thinker who understands consumer behavior and uses data and insights to support complex problem solving.
