Customer Data Marketing Associate

We are on the lookout for a motivated and detail-oriented marketing associate who can help us in acquiring, managing, and optimizing customer data using our established tools and processes. Your primary role will involve extracting customer information from designated sources, entering it into organized categories, conducting basic research, and ensuring data accuracy.

Requirements

Must have permission to work in the Philippines
Exceptional typing skills
Proficient in computer use
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Meticulous attention to detail
Basic understanding of databases
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in written and spoken English
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred

Responsibilities

Create and implement marketing campaigns targeted at specific customer segments
Monitor deals throughout the sales pipeline
Assist in forecasting deal flows
Collect and validate customer information
Organize and categorize data accurately
Identify and rectify errors in data
Manage and maintain existing data continually
