Job Title: E-commerce Program Specialist

Work Location: Surrey, BC _(Full Time in the Office Position)_
Status: Regular Full-time (RFT)
Salary Range: $50,000 to $55,000, salary will be based on experience & suitability for the position.

- *Position Summary**
The E-Commerce Program Specialists main role is to provide day-to-day oversight of assigned e-commerce platforms, order processing & inventory management. Additionally, this person works with & supports the sales team so that the customer needs are met in terms of driving e-commerce sales, staying relevant on trends, maintaining inventory as data dictates, oversees website maintenance & web order processing.
E-Commerce Program Specialists are driven, dedicated self-starters who work to fully understand clients, systems & processes, enjoy building & upkeep of E-commerce webstores. This person has a positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently, independently or with a team & will be working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
- *CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**:
- Build E-commerce stores for corporate clients within our proprietary E-comm software.
- Oversees, executes, & ensures accuracy in the item sku set-up process for web merchandising from sourcing to sku population on identified e-commerce platforms.
- Provides information & direction regarding graphic arts needs for web merchandise.
- Regularly reviews merchandise to ensure proper & relative merchandising needs.
- Responsible for Inventory & On-Demand sell-through reports to determine inventory needs, identify top-sellers, identify slow moving inventory, & merchandises accordingly _(all reports are from our proprietary software)_
- Places & follows-up on all orders for inventoried merchandise. Processing of daily web orders.
- Updates E-commerce platforms when inventory is received.
- Becomes an expert in the e-commerce platforms’ capabilities & features from our proprietary software.
- Communicates with platform providers & customers regarding business related matters.
- Handle E-commerce merchandise returns within our software.

- Stays current, learn & educate team members about trending products, services & technology.
- Research, develop & recommend new product & services with an emphasis on creativity.
- Strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines & achieve company goals.

- Work effectively as part of the account team to achieve sales & margin goals.
- Participate as a member of the account team to develop creative programs & solutions for clients.
- Work in tandem with all internal teams, including but not limited to Customer Service, Fulfillment and Sales
- Communicate in an effective & timely manner regarding opportunities & client issues.

- Complete assigned reporting & other tasks accurately, professionally & on schedule.

- *Qualifications**:
- *Education, Experience, Skills, Expertise**:
- A degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, Ecommerce or related programs is preferred _(but not required)_, however recent proven and successful experience is ideal.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with B2B E-commerce
- Must have previous experience communicating with corporate business contacts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms
- Shopify experience is an asset or any other major E-commerce / inventory management software experience.
