Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our legal practices and help differentiate our firm in the market.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the design, maintenance, and application of marketing resources and collateral, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with attorneys to develop thought leadership pieces, securing speaking and publishing opportunities with key organizations.
  • Technology Management: Work closely with the MarTech Operations Manager to ensure effective utilization of marketing technology, including CRM and email marketing systems.
  • Website Management: Maintain and write engaging content for our website and blogs, ensuring optimal performance through analytics.
  • Social Media Oversight: Direct the firm’s social media strategy to boost engagement and drive audience growth.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing collateral for various needs, including advertisements, event invites, and publications.
  • Event Coordination: Ensure that event management aligns with client engagement strategies and enhances our brand presence.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, fostering their professional development.
  • Client Development Support: Assist in various client development initiatives to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations.
  • Experience in the legal industry or a similar services-based environment preferred.
  • Proven ability in developing brand strategy and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in SEO, paid search tactics, and analytics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and design software like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Strong writing skills, familiar with AP Style, and capable of creating compelling content.
  • Experience in event management and understanding of event logistics.

Education: A college degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or public relations is preferred.
