Shopify & Klaviyo Virtual Assistant | eCommerce + QBO Support

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant from Pakistan with hands-on experience in Shopify, Klaviyo, and basic accounting (QBO).

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (Shopify & Marketing)

Upload, update, and optimise products in Shopify

Descriptions, pricing, tags, images

Maintain accurate pricing across multiple Shopify stores

Create and send weekly EDMs via Klaviyo

Set up and manage Klaviyo email & SMS automation

Welcome flows

Abandoned cart flows

Post-purchase flows

Monitor basic Shopify analytics

Traffic

Conversions

Abandoned carts

Apply basic SEO best practices to product listings

Secondary Responsibilities

Assist with eBay & Etsy

Create and manage listings

Process orders

Reply to customer messages

Update pricing as instructed

QuickBooks Online (QBO)

Catch-up entries for FY26 (initial task)

Day-to-day transactions (3–5 per day)

Other simple tasks as required

Basic social media posting

Admin support
