Customer Experience/Service person for eCommerce shopify store ASAP

Customer Service/Experience person needed for ecommerce shopify business. Immediate start.

Must be experienced 3+ years in the following

• Shopify
• order tracking
• Emailing customers and efficiently working through tickets
• Gorgias email software (must have used this)
• Fast, high attention to detail.
• READY TO START IMMEDIATELY

8 week contract to start with room to go full time long term.

Ideal work hours 9am PST (USA) to 6pm PST.

OR

Manila - 8pm - 12am , 10am - 2pm (2x 4hr shifts)

Bonus if you've done phone support, but not required.

Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
