Junior Marketing Communications Coordinator at FM Marketing, Upland, CA.

In this role, you will interact with local community members, qualify them for available products we promote, and explain the value and impact the peace of mind products can have. We are looking for someone passionate and empathetic, capable of building authentic relationships, and dedicated to making a difference both on our team and in local communities.

This position is entry level with exciting opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants
• Create program activities and accurate participant records in unique databases
• Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members
• Be comfortable interacting in person with potential customers
• Drive an extraordinary level of self-generated lead activity to build a referral pipeline
• Greet and assist community members in the division/program
• Assist the Senior Marketing Communications Coordinator with day-to-day administrative support as required

Required Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED required
• A College degree in a related field is desirable but not required
• 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, in Sales, or Marketing
• Team-oriented with the ability to create solutions independently
• Driven to further one's career and make an impact
• Dedication to good attendance and punctuality
• Devotion to the company’s mission
