E-commerce Marketplace Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. As we expand our digital sales channels, we are seeking a talented **E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist** to drive growth on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. This role requires a blend of technical skills, marketing expertise, and creative thinking to effectively engage customers and increase conversion rates.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• **Marketplace Management**:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace accounts.
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, images, videos).
• **Content Creation & Branding**:
• Develop high-quality digital content (product images, infographics, product videos, banners).
• Ensure consistent branding and product messaging across all online platforms.
• **Advertising & Growth**:
• Plan and execute marketplace advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, sponsored ads, etc.).
• Track performance, optimize listings, and scale campaigns for maximum ROI.
• **Analytics & Reporting**:
• Monitor sales performance, rankings, and ad spend.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
• **IT & Technical Support**:
• Maintain product data feeds, troubleshoot listing errors, and handle system integrations.
• Work with internal IT and operations teams to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• *Qualifications**
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-4 years of experience managing **Amazon Seller Central** and/or other online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of **SEO, keyword research, and digital advertising**.
• Hands-on skills with content tools (Photoshop, Canva, video editing software, etc.).
• Strong technical aptitude (IT background preferred, API/automation experience a plus).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00 per hour
