**The Challenge**
We transform complex business problems into human centred solutions for early stage startups, enterprise ventures, and corporate partners.
You thrive on this stuff
As part of our tight-knit team you'll play an integral role in creating experiences that don't just engage the end user, but completely blow them away.
- *What you'll do**:
Over the first 6 months you will
- Lead and manage Paid Media campaigns across a range of clients and industries including but not limited to Financial Services, Trading and Educational Resources:
- Use your hands-on platform and advertising experience to implement a full funnel strategy - understanding the role of each channel, the campaign objectives and their measurement of success
- Plan and optimise paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more
- Coordinate Google search and programmatic campaigns with our external teams, communicating briefs and providing clear instructions and KPIs
- Provide platform and campaign support for the wider Performance team with a view to become senior support
- Report and communicate on performance and provide useful insights, learnings and recommendations to stakeholders and the wider Marketing team
- Be instrumental in the success and growth of DIJGTAL's partnerships:
- Use your knowledge and experience in performance marketing and customer acquisition to elevate the brands and nurture the customer journey through the full funnel
- Bring your ideas to the table with creative ways to acquire and retarget customers via various paid media channels - exploring new opportunities where necessary
- Understand and instruct the implementation process of website pixels, event tracking and conversion API for future accounts/platforms
Ongoing
- Monitor the performance of paid media campaigns to meet their objectives and targets whilst finding opportunities to scale the brands
- Have ownership of budget management across all paid media channels, knowing when and where to push and leverage performance
- Utilise your data and analytical skills to achieve targets and make informed decisions, budget optimisations and determine A/B tests
- Test variables across different campaign objectives and platforms to make data-driven decisions with a test and learn mindset
- Confidently communicate to stakeholders and the wider Marketing team, especially on campaign performance and future recommendations
- Use your experience with website analytics and reporting tools to continuously improve performance
- Keep up to date with the ever-changing digital landscape including trends and technology - finding new ways to learn and up-skill
- Collaborate with the design and content marketing teams to brief and create assets and provide recommendations on what works and what hasn't
- *What you want**:
- To walk us through the most career-defining campaign to you and why or why they didn't succeed - we know you're always looking to improve (and so are we)
- To be measured by your contribution and the autonomy to do your best work
- To be an integral part of an innovative design and marketing agency/product incubator with a great team (that's us, BTW)
- Growth. You're ready to step up into a lead role but just need the opportunity to do it? Along with the support to succeed? You got it
- A fast-paced entrepreneurial environment - this is your jam
- Flexibility and a competitive package
- 2 weeks of work from anywhere
- A fun, casual, creative, diverse, and COVID-safe workspace
- An opportunity to push the envelope, safely make mistakes and learn from them
