Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging platforms.
  • Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize paid search (PPC) and paid social budgets to maximize lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Data & Analytics: Use GA4, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools to track KPIs, provide actionable insights, and refine campaign performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with designers and copywriters to produce high-performing ad creative and landing pages.
  • Content Strategy: Oversee organic social media strategy and email marketing sequences to nurture our growing community.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Proven Experience: 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or media planning (Agency experience is a major plus).
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Communication: Exceptional writing and presentation skills; you can turn complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Resourcefulness: A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools or SEO best practices.

Salary & Perks

  • Pay: $65,000 – $88,000 per year (Commensurate with experience).
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Hybrid (Ottawa, ON or Oakville, ON).
