Coordinate and execute strategies to elevate clients' online presence by leading eCommerce projects for a premier growth marketing firm that partners with top consumer brands.
Collaborate with a team dedicated to delivering comprehensive eCommerce solutions, including design, development, and digital marketing.
- Client Liaison: Engage with clients to understand their eCommerce needs and document requirements
- Project Organizer: Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, outlining tasks, timelines, and responsibilities
- Task Translator: Translate client requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development and design teams
- Timeline Manager: Develop and communicate project timelines to clients, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and deadlines
- Proactive Communicator: Follow up with clients to obtain necessary information and materials, addressing any delays or issues promptly
- Quality Assurance Inspector: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
- eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience managing eCommerce projects, with a deep understanding of online retail operations
- Organized Planner: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Tools: Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, and other project management platforms
- Client-Centric Professional: Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
- Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track
