Influencer & Community Marketing Lead
Blume | Full-Time | 2–3 Years Experience
Blume is looking for an Influencer & Community Marketing Lead to build and scale our creator, ambassador, and community programs. This role will own the end-to-end execution of influencer partnerships: paid, organic, gifting, affiliate, and events to drive brand awareness, content output, and customer acquisition. You’ll work closely with Social, Creative, DTC, and PR to ensure influencer content ladders up to Blume’s marketing priorities and key launches.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves creators, moves fast, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do
Influencer & Ambassador Management
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture a diverse network of creators across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Build meaningful long-term relationships with creators and ambassadors; maintain consistent communication and engagement.
- Manage monthly gifting, seeding lists, and budgets to maximize loyalty and content output.
- Identify new creator opportunities, trends, and formats that can grow reach and revenue.
- Identify top performing hooks, scripts and value props to guide influencer direction.
Campaign Execution
- Create and execute PR kits, inserts, production and shipping by liaising with suppliers, manufactures and 3PL.
- Pitch, negotiate, and execute influencer partnerships that align with brand objectives and launch moments.
- Manage end-to-end paid influencer campaigns—from briefs to asset delivery to performance tracking.
- Ensure all creator content aligns with Blume guidelines and FTC compliance.
- Collaborate with Social & Creative teams to repurpose influencer content across channels.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track and analyze influencer performance to inform future strategies.
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to keep Blume’s creator strategy innovative and relevant.
- Provide weekly or monthly reporting on EMV, spend, CAC, reach, conversions, and content performance.
Who You Are
- 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or ambassador/community management (beauty/skincare is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the creator landscape—especially TikTok culture and short-form content.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who loves working with creators.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Data-curious: comfortable pulling performance metrics and turning insights into action.
- Creative, resourceful, proactive, and excited to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves.
- Knowledge of FTC and platform guidelines for influencer content is a plus.
