You will provide strategic direction, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure the effective integration of paid media efforts across the entire portfolio. This position offers the opportunity to manage a growing team and make a tangible impact on the business through innovative and results-driven media strategies.

  • *Key Responsibilities**:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies, focusing on healthcare and settlements portfolios.
  • Oversee the end-to-end planning process, including both traditional and digital media channels. Lead the development of multi-channel campaigns that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Provide direction and leadership to the paid media team, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business goals. Work closely with other departments such as creative, analytics, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Manage the performance and optimization of paid media campaigns, ensuring that campaigns are running efficiently and achieving key KPIs.
  • Oversee budget allocation, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget while delivering the desired return on investment (ROI).
  • Serve as the key point of contact for all things related to paid media for the settlements portfolio. Ensure strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform media planning decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • *Qualifications**:
  • 5+ years of experience in paid media planning, with a focus on national channels. Experience in smaller markets across Canada, an asset.
  • Strong experience in working at a marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment. Proven ability to plan and execute complex, multi-channel media campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of both traditional and digital media channels (e.g., TV, radio, social media, search, display, programmatic).
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, including managing teams, working cross-functionally, and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
