You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organization **What your day looks like**: Working closely with the individuals across Marketing, you will be responsible for: **Contact Strategies** - Create personas, segmentation lists and build target audience based on business needs to strategically contact consumers **Build Processes** - Review our current environment and place strong processes **Campaign Creation** - Ensuring campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy, branding, and marketing and business objectives - Ensuring campaigns are accessible and functional on both desktop and mobile devices **Campaign Management** **Automation **and** Technology** - Devise, implement and measure A/B and multivariate testing **Data Management** - Baseline campaign performance against other business units and industry norms - Determine the optimal manner of managing bespoke requests, in conjunction with our advanced analytics team **About You**: - 3+ years' experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing both simple and complex journeys via Journey Builder - Experience in database management, cleanup and list segmentation and data driven targeting strategies - Good understanding of acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns - Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while under pressure - Fluent in English - Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) - Team player with organization and people experience, including setting priorities and problem-solving - The ability to clearly explain and demonstrate the value of marketing technologies - Legally authorized to work in Canada **Culture**: There is room for career growth, and we want you to feel like part of the team
