Coldwell Banker Realty's Field Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting local real estate agents by implementing industry-leading marketing programs and technology.

Responsibilities include

• Working with branch managers to identify agent needs for marketing support
• Consulting with agents on personal marketing strategies and showcasing Coldwell Banker's unique value proposition
• Helping agents create digital marketing strategies using social media and online profiles
• Conducting regular reviews of agents' online presence and identifying areas for improvement
• Providing issue resolution and training opportunities to agents

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, effective communication, and a solid understanding of design principles. Prior real estate industry experience is preferred, but not required.
