Role & Responsibilities

What will your purpose be within the Company & what will you be responsible for?

• As an Organizational Consultant, your role will be to drive business transformation and performance optimization. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Strategic Consulting & Business Transformation
• Empower organizations to define strategic pillars, maximize growth, optimize operations, and improve business performance.
• Guide executive teams in setting annual OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to ensure long-term sustainable growth and short-to-mid-term business stability.
• Enable teams to define and align team-level OKRs to ensure optimal strategy execution.
• Help organizations streamline and enhance their processes for greater efficiency and success.
• Project Management & Client Engagement
• Support altoValue Consultants in ensuring productive and positive interactions between the company and external stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and participate in webinars, workshops, and client meetings to drive knowledge-sharing and engagement.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to communicate solutions to clients effectively.
• Provide project management assistance, monitor progress, and address any arising challenges.
• Maintain and prepare operational documents and reports for seamless business operations.
• Contribute to OKRs-related content to enhance altoValue’s thought leadership and visibility.

Requirements

What do you bring to the Company?

• We are looking for a motivated professional with:
• 7-10 years of experience in Operations Management, Human Resource Management, Project Management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in OKRs methodology and management consulting (preferred but not required).
• Strong project management skills with experience handling multi-phase projects.
• Familiarity with Performance Management Systems, business software, and digital platforms.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset with analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• A results-driven approach to delivering projects on time and exceeding stakeholder expectations.
