*Position Overview**:

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement our digital marketing strategies, enhance our online presence, and support our growth initiatives across Atlantic Canada.

*Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize company's digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Create and maintain content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook)
Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize for maximum ROI
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and prepare performance reports
Develop and implement SEO strategies
Create engaging content for website and marketing materials
Collaborate with investigation and security teams to highlight service offerings
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
*Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing
Proven track record in managing successful digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms
Experience with SEO/SEM and content marketing
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
French language proficiency is an asset
