What we need

What you provide

Ability to work closely with the Marketing team members and our various business partners and brands to gain a full understanding of the digital needs
Desire to work with the Creative Director to create and move digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
Clear understanding of, and ability to implement digital marketing campaigns that align with growth objectives
Analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
Monitor and report on all ROI and KPIs for across all marketing channels
Experience in A/B testing to determine successful campaigns strategies

What you bring to the table

3+ years of related experience in digital marketing required
Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with Google Ads, AdWords, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Advertising, TikTok Pardot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Analytics experience and knowledge of Google Analytics are assets
Ability to work independently, seek information where needed, prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong digital composition, verbal and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to report on findings and offer suggestions
Ability to work cross-departmentally and as part of the team
