What we need
What you provide
- Ability to work closely with the Marketing team members and our various business partners and brands to gain a full understanding of the digital needs
- Desire to work with the Creative Director to create and move digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
- Clear understanding of, and ability to implement digital marketing campaigns that align with growth objectives
- Analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on all ROI and KPIs for across all marketing channels
- Experience in A/B testing to determine successful campaigns strategies
What you bring to the table
- 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing required
- Post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with Google Ads, AdWords, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Advertising, TikTok Pardot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Analytics experience and knowledge of Google Analytics are assets
- Ability to work independently, seek information where needed, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong digital composition, verbal and collaboration skills with a data-driven mindset and ability to report on findings and offer suggestions
- Ability to work cross-departmentally and as part of the team
