Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and margin growth on Amazon and Rite in the Rain's website.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and margin growth on Amazon and Rite in the Rain's website
Define and implement the strategy for current and potential new platforms, including pricing, product selection, merchandising, and content strategy
Identify and pursue opportunities for new platforms, partnerships, and digital growth
Using consumer-based feedback, advise New Product Development and product modifications that build out a more robust product catalog for e-commerce success
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity, continuously refining strategies to maintain market advantage
Work with senior leadership to align e-commerce objectives with overall business goals and long-term growth initiatives
Marketing and Customer Experience
Build, manage, and execute SEO strategies to drive web traffic, product visibility, and increase conversions
Expand digital marketing strategies across all paid media, email, and SMS marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention
Manage the end-to-end customer experience across platforms, ensuring consistent branding, streamlined purchasing, and effective ratings/reviews management
Oversee all aspects of Amazon account performance, including Amazon Marketing (AMS), compliance, A+ content, and customer feedback
Partner with internal teams to design and implement digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across online channels
Operations, Leadership, and Performance Management
Oversee the company's e-commerce technology and Snyperdyne, ensuring seamless integrations with ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems to support operations
Manage the e-commerce budget, including advertising spend, and maintain accountability for sales growth, ROI, and profitability
Leverage data analytics to refine pricing, promotions, and conversion strategies
Monitor and analyze consumer, customer, and financial data by providing regular reporting and sales forecasting to executive leadership
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and data security standards, mitigating risks that could disrupt sales or customer trust
Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success and individual development
