Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and margin growth on Amazon and Rite in the Rain's website.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive e-commerce sales and margin growth on Amazon and Rite in the Rain's website
  • Define and implement the strategy for current and potential new platforms, including pricing, product selection, merchandising, and content strategy
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new platforms, partnerships, and digital growth
  • Using consumer-based feedback, advise New Product Development and product modifications that build out a more robust product catalog for e-commerce success
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity, continuously refining strategies to maintain market advantage
  • Work with senior leadership to align e-commerce objectives with overall business goals and long-term growth initiatives
  • Marketing and Customer Experience
  • Build, manage, and execute SEO strategies to drive web traffic, product visibility, and increase conversions
  • Expand digital marketing strategies across all paid media, email, and SMS marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage the end-to-end customer experience across platforms, ensuring consistent branding, streamlined purchasing, and effective ratings/reviews management
  • Oversee all aspects of Amazon account performance, including Amazon Marketing (AMS), compliance, A+ content, and customer feedback
  • Partner with internal teams to design and implement digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives across online channels
  • Operations, Leadership, and Performance Management
  • Oversee the company's e-commerce technology and Snyperdyne, ensuring seamless integrations with ERP, CRM, and fulfillment systems to support operations
  • Manage the e-commerce budget, including advertising spend, and maintain accountability for sales growth, ROI, and profitability
  • Leverage data analytics to refine pricing, promotions, and conversion strategies
  • Monitor and analyze consumer, customer, and financial data by providing regular reporting and sales forecasting to executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and data security standards, mitigating risks that could disrupt sales or customer trust
  • Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure team success and individual development
