About Us

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for an exceptional operations assistant to support the day-to-day flow of our business. This is a behind-the-scenes role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

We’re looking for a true self-starter — someone who can see what needs to be done, take ownership, and execute without being micromanaged. If you love systems, details, and keeping things running smoothly, this role will be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Inventory management:
Export product data from Shopify and create organized spreadsheets for our 3PL warehouse, dropshippers, and inventory partners
Communicate with our 3PL warehouse via email, track shipments, and follow up to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Customer Service:
Respond to customer service emails with professionalism and care via Gorgias during business hours.
Shopify Operations:
Add new products to our Shopify store and cross-list across sales channels (wholesale Shopify site, Faire, TikTok Shop)
Manage product-related tasks within Shopify apps (upsells, product recommendations, related photos/videos)
Proactively support general e-commerce and operations needs as they arise
Collabs Coordination:
Maintain our Creator Collabs in Notion and
Perform light photo editing (cropping, background removal, web optimization)
SOP Database:
Maintain and update our SOP's in our Google Drive and Notion.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, admin support, customer service or similar roles
Strong working knowledge of Shopify (product uploads, apps, exports), Notion, Excel, and Gorgias.
Extremely detail-oriented — accuracy matters here
Highly organized and dependable
Comfortable working in Excel / Google Sheets
Strong written communication skills
A self-starter who:
Notices gaps or inefficiencies and fixes them
Takes ownership of tasks without waiting to be asked
Follows through and closes loops
Someone who enjoys being a reliable, behind-the-scenes support to a growing business

Compensation & Schedule

$18–22/hour, depending on experience
15–20 hours per week
In-person role/Hybrid Role (Hudson, WI)
