Job Summary: Front Desk/Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and organized Front Desk/Marketing Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling patients and developing and executing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, enhance community engagement, and build brand awareness both online and offline. This role blends creativity with strategy, supporting our mission to provide confident smiles through exceptional orthodontic care.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), post engaging content, and monitor interactions.
Advertising: Develop and manage local advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, local sponsorships).
Community Outreach: Plan and attend local events, school visits, and sponsorship opportunities to promote the practice.
Patient Engagement: Coordinate in-office promotions, contests, and referral programs to drive patient retention and referrals.
Bilingual: Spanish/English

✅ Qualifications

Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing, Canva).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Social Media - Facebook/Instagram/Tik-Tok

Preferred Skills

Photography and basic video editing skills for social media content.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance in marketing.
Bilingual (especially Spanish-speaking) is a most.
