We are looking for a creative, hands-on Junior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to work in-house and on-site at our retail store in Florida.

This is not a remote position and not an agency role.

Offering a great opportunity to grow inside a fashion & retail brand while learning real e-commerce and paid advertising execution.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
Drive traffic from ads and social media directly to our website to generate sales
Manage and post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Take product photos and short videos in-store (phone or camera)
Upload and manage products on the website (Shopify or similar)
Set up and maintain basic tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4 events)
Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROAS)
Support promotions, launches, and campaigns with the store team
Create simple weekly performance reports

This is an internal, on-site position.

We are not considering agencies, freelancers, or outsourced services.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
