About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Junior Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to work in-house and on-site at our retail store in Florida.

This is not a remote position and not an agency role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook)
• Drive traffic from ads and social media directly to our website to generate sales
• Manage and post content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Take product photos and short videos in-store (phone or camera)
• Upload and manage products on the website (Shopify or similar)
• Set up and maintain basic tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4 events)
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROAS)
• Support promotions, launches, and campaigns with the store team
• Create simple weekly performance reports

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, ads, or e-commerce (junior level)
• knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Comfortable working with social media and content creation
• Interest in fashion, retail, stylish, and lifestyle brands
• Organized, creative, and eager to learn
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• Must be available to work on-site in Florida
• Must have a car to commute

• Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce
• Basic understanding of GA4 or Meta Pixel
• Video editing apps (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
