Digital Advertising Campaign Associate
Toronto Business Development CentreScope: Management and optimization of media planning and digital advertising campaigns for TBDC & BHive SUV and the OINP programs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Execution
- Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies aimed at driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing ROI.
- Ensure alignment of digital campaigns with the overarching marketing goals of TBDC & BHive SUV and OINP.
Media Planning
- Strategically plan and execute digital ad campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords (Display, Search & YouTube), and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Conduct creative analyses to discern top-performing creatives and subsequently refine their performance.
- Lead A/B testing efforts for ad creatives, driving continuous enhancement in campaign efficacy.
- Evaluate landing page effectiveness, quality of generated leads, and holistic campaign performance for data-based optimizations.
- Assure fluid integration of generated leads into designated tracking sheets for streamlined reporting.
- Conduct periodic reviews of digital lead status to monitor ongoing progress and pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement.
Communication & Collaboration
- Engage in collaborative weekly reviews with partnering agency to scrutinize digital ad performances, pinpoint improvement areas, and align on forthcoming strategies.
- Participate in weekly discussions with team, focusing on sales prospects, offering marketing support, and ensuring consistent alignment between marketing and sales endeavors.
- Engage in a weekly consultative call with Team to present a summary of the campaign's performance, shed light on pivotal insights, and suggest strategy refinements.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain the digital spend tracker, diligently noting platform-wise allocations and performance marketing data. Ensure monthly updates on the DM Dashboard.
- Oversee the management of the OINP invoicing sheet, confirming punctual updates and meticulous recording of expenditure.
- Periodically draft and present exhaustive performance reports for TBDC SUV, encompassing pivotal metrics, insights, and forward-looking recommendations.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with 4-5 yeards of experience.
- Proven experience in digital advertising, media planning, and campaign management.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords, and Facebook Ad Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a penchant for accurate and timely reporting.
