- *Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid) or Remote Based, Ontario Providence**
- *About The Role**
Reporting directly to the Director of Demand and Engagement, the Marketing Campaign/Program manager will work directly with the extended global marketing team, sales, account management, and where appropriate with external 3 rd parties to create and execute product, solution, and regional specific programs and campaigns to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and develop a lead and opportunity pipeline in alignment with Hansen’s business priorities.
- *About You **_: _**
- You are a proven marketing professional with experience working as campaign/program manager within a B2B technology environment and bring a knowledge or exposure to the telecom or energy and utilities industries.
- You bring 5+ years of marketing experience has been focused on working in program execution or related marketing activities
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or other relevant fields or have an equivalent amount of professional experience.
- You are a highly enthusiastic individual with s trong program & project management skills who has an attention to detail
- Your excellent communications and writing skills are backed up with a proficiency in MS Office, WordPress or other Content Management Software
- Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo)
- CRM (Dynamics)
- Google Analytics
- Zoominfo
- SEMRush
- *Key Responsibilities**:
This position will include Program/Campaign Strategy and Planning, Campaign and Program Management, Content creation and management, Data analysis and management. It may include but not limited to the following:
- You design and execute programs and campaigns to drive prospect engagement, convert leads into pipeline and maintain strong customer relationships and work closely with the extended marketing team and sales organization to identify campaign goals, KPIs, value messaging and relevant tactics to achieve objectives.
- You plan and execute programs focused on product adoption through cross-sell activity with high attention to detail and assume full accountability for the success of programs while also communicating campaign goals, progress, and results effectively to internal stakeholders.
- You will help develop the buyers’ journey asset maps to identify gaps in content and work with product marketing to develop content to fill those gaps by coordinating with creative and content resources to create compelling messaging and campaign content and other creative assets. Work with external resources and agencies as required to develop program content.
- You monitor, analyze and amend program activity as needed to maximize the effectiveness of the programs to focus on optimizing campaigns based on A/B testing and performance insights that will include evaluating, measuring, and reporting on all marketing program metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- You will take strong ownership for target customer data and contributing to the long-term integrity of the database.
