Office and Ecommerce Manager
Fair Chance LearningThe Office Manager reports to Fair Chance Learning (FCL)’s Chief Operating Officer and works closely with the Director of Marketing and Communication and Director of Learning Productions to ensure coordination in their efforts to reach the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. You will primarily support the development and operation of Fair Chance Learning’s ecommerce and online shopping experience for educational technology products as part of our ongoing commitment to creating accessible learning opportunities for all. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Work closely with the COO and the technology team to manage the complete ecommerce experience, platforms, and multi-channel strategy (Shopify, Amazon, physical storefront, and social media), ensuring effective operation and maximize sales opportunities and maintain fulfillment expectations. - Analyze sales data and generate reports to evaluate the success of the ecommerce shop and inform future strategies. - Actively gather and analyze shop performance to determine which aspects of shop can be enhanced and improved. - Ensure alignment between teams (marketing, technology, operations) to ensure successful ecommerce shop management and delivery. - Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, and images on the ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - Collaborate with the Creative Services team to develop and execute marketing strategies. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of products and maintain positive relationships. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and trends in the educational technology market. - Use best practices and effective strategies to manage inventory levels and product pricing to ensure profitability and competitiveness in the market. - Manage the physical warehouses and storage locations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, maintaining accurate inventory levels to ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment. - Collaborate with team members to create and maintain physical storefronts and demonstration spaces that showcase FCL and partner products and innovation. - Design learning experiences in partnership with the Learning Production team to highlight the opportunity and educational impact and value of FCL products. - Support international expansion and growth by researching and analyzing global markets, coordinating with international vendors and suppliers, and developing strategies for successful globalization. - Support corporate account management and account marketing strategies and sales initiatives to effectively leverage ecommerce channels, products, and partner relationships. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or products. - Work closely with the whole Fair Chance Learning team to align educational products to learning programs to meet partner and project goals and expectations. - Contribute to team and company-wide performance targets and work towards the successful achievement of individual key performance indicators. The additional responsibilities of the Office Manager include: - Collaborate effectively across FCL teams to ensure program success and FCL’s ability to attract new opportunities. - Contribute to the success, culture, and innovative of FCL by exhibiting a growth mindset. - Support a work environment that values creativity, personal growth, and collaboration. - Coordinate with FCL internal teams to develop and promote corporate and partner communications through the production of various content (i.e., videos, written and audio). - Participate in social, conferences, and celebratory events related to FCL and its partners. - Work in professional manner that will protect and promote FCL’s brand and reputation. - Business travel as required to perform the above duties and responsibilities. - Performing other duties that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Director. **Compensation & Benefits** - 2wks paid vacation (+ 1wk paid holiday shutdown) - Paid sick time & religious observance days - RRSP matching program, and paid benefits (after probationary period) **Fair Chance Learning Culture and Values** We're extreme collaborators, driven by the successes of those we work with.
