E-commerce, Social Media and Customer Service
BMB Process and Filtration**BMB Process & Filtration Inc. Burlington Ontario is looking for an E-Commerce, Social Media and Customer Service Coordinator to facilitate the management of two online shops selling world-class residential and industrial compressed air filters**
This position is in office only no remote work, reporting directly to the President. The skill set needed to succeed is as follows:
- *Main Responsibilities**
Maintain CMS
Promote products across all channels
Provide customer service as needed
Maintain customer database and refresh content as needed
Utlize Google Anayltics to create strategies to grow web traffic and online sales
Audit content to remove redundant and/or duplicate information
Use social media to engage with current customers, reach new customers and announce new products with creative and engaging content

Google Analytics
Meta Business Suites
Canva, Photoshop, or InDesign
- *Requirements**:
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Public Relations, E-Commerce, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills
Excellent writing skills
Understanding of Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click, and Targeting
Superior customer service skills
Outstanding time management and ability to multi-task effectively
