The Role

As our Bilingual Digital Advertising Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of our online advertising campaigns. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads and increasing brand visibility among North American business owners and executives.

Your Responsibilities Include

Creating and managing effective paid advertising strategies across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns to ensure high performance and return on investment.
Writing compelling ad copy and collaborating with the design team for engaging creative assets.
Conducting A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting.
Researching and defining key target audiences based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Analyzing campaign data to prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.
Staying updated on platform changes and industry best practices.
Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies.
