What Are Your Key Responsibilities

Keep information up-to-date on the company website and other digital platforms with basic SEO/content optimization.
Maintain company social media accounts; scheduling regular posts, responding to questions, and ensuring brand cohesion (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business). You’ll come up with different & creative ideas to engage with our customers across all of our social platforms and attract new ones.
Improve online presence by regularly posting business events, promotions, and updates.
Creates and designs marketing collateral (Catalogue, booklets, posters, PowerPoint).
Analyze and report competitors' activities and consumers’ trends to become an expert in the category and maintain a cutting edge.
Provide sales support by monitoring our chat, answering questions, and creating quotes and sales orders if needed.
Other duties as required.

What Are We Looking For

Diploma in Marketing, Website Design, Communications or a related discipline or the equivalent in academics and work experience
Relevant social media experience (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Strong copywriting and/or creative writing skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and proficiency at working with others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks and projects.
Strong ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, inDesign, and Photoshop).
Proficient with Microsoft Office & Google products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets etc.).
Up to date with the latest tech & social trends.
Curious about technology and where it’s headed.
Experienced in Shopify (preferred)
