About This Team

The International Centre of Excellence drives exceptional online experiences across our seed and scale websites. We ensure seamless ecommerce and merchandising journeys through accurate, centrally managed catalogue operations and optimized content strategies. By delivering complete and reliable product data alongside engaging content, we provide the foundation for best-in-class ecommerce experiences across all categories.

Core Responsibilities

This role supports lululemon's Mexico digital presence, focusing on product content, merchandising strategy, and content experiences across guest-facing platforms. You'll help deliver localized, optimized digital experiences that drive growth and reflect lululemon's brand values.

Lead merchandising operations for the Mexico site, executing campaigns and content aligned with business strategy.
Act as a subject matter expert in catalog and content publishing, with deep knowledge of systems, attributes, and troubleshooting.
Simplify and communicate complex processes to cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and collaboration.
Maintain and optimize catalog and content tools, ensuring accuracy across front-end and back-end systems.
Execute weekly merchandising tasks and manage content asset updates across digital properties.
Partner cross-functionally with in-region business partners to identify process improvements and support platform enhancements.
Use website platforms and third-party tools to implement merchandising priorities and optimize performance.
Develop and deliver regular reporting on operational KPIs, content accuracy, and completeness.

Qualifications

2+ years in ecommerce, content operations, or project management.
Proficiency with catalog/content management tools; SFCC (Demandware) experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups) and reporting capabilities.
Experience with CMS, merchandising tools, Jira, Confluence, and project management platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Deep understanding of ecommerce ecosystems and technical systems.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing, is an asset.

Compensation And Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $66,000 - $86,600   annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
