About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Account Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives across website development, content strategy, and performance marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and can seamlessly bridge creative, technical, and analytical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Oversee website development projects end-to-end — from briefing and wireframes to launch and optimization.
Content Marketing: Plan and execute content strategies across blogs, email, and social media to build brand authority and drive engagement.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) for lead generation, traffic growth, and ROI.
Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely deliverables and consistent communication.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, website metrics, and content effectiveness to deliver actionable insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and performance teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Must-Have Requirements

3–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in an agency or fast-growth brand environment.
Strong understanding of website development workflows , CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow), and SEO fundamentals.
Proven experience in content marketing and performance campaign management (Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn).
Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a remote setup.
Immediate availability — ready to join right away.
Must be available to work EST hours (6pm- 3 am)
